We provide tracking number on customers email when we get their order from our manufactory to our main warehouse in USA or in Europe.
Packaging of items
Each product is delivered in its original packaging bags and additionally placed in a poly mailer shipping bags, which provides double protection of filters from damage during delivery.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods in case of a claim.
