We provide tracking number on customers email when we get their order from our manufactory to our main warehouse in USA or in Europe.

Packaging of items

Each product is delivered in its original packaging bags and additionally placed in a poly mailer shipping bags, which provides double protection of filters from damage during delivery.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods in case of a claim.

Can a customer cancel his order?

In general, we cannot and do not cancel orders once placed.

Refund

How many days do customers have to return a product?

Customers have 21 days after receiving their product to request a return. Return must be shipped back to us within 21 days of our shipment to customers. We do not accept returns after 21 days.

Do we accept returns from the USA and EUROPE?

Yes, we will accept a return of the New Condition Products. 

“New Condition Products” means, goods which: (a) have the proper appearance, as sold; (b) have the original undamaged packaging, labeling, and tagging still attached to the goods; (c) are unwashed or laundered; (d) free of any sign or indication of other use, for example smells, creases and stains.

Return window extension

Our store is open seven days a week and on holidays, the refund window cannot be extended.

How can customers return our products?

To return an item you only need to take a few simple steps:

Write to us at support@almzv.com and request a refund. We provide an address for return.

Customer's responsible for return label. Customer will be shipping their item by theirself on one of UPS/USPS stores or other shipping provider available in your region. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless otherwise specified. 

Check the integrity of the packaging (we will accept a return of the New Condition Products). “New Condition Products” means, goods which: (a) have the proper appearance, as sold; (b) have the original undamaged packaging, labeling, and tagging still attached to the goods; (c) are unwashed or laundered; (d) free of any sign or indication of other use, for example smells, creases and stains.

Receive a 100% refund within 5 business days to the payment method selected at checkout.

If for any reason you have not received your refund, please contact support@almzv.com again.
